Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy – BuzeBuy

At BuzeBuy, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 99-day risk-free trial on all products. If something’s not quite right, you can request a return for a refund or exchange for a different item within 99 days of receiving your order.


1. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at support@buzebuy.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps.


2. Return Conditions

  • You may remove your items from the packaging and try them during the 99-day trial period.

  • Items must not be damaged, excessively used, or visibly worn to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent back to the original warehouse, which may be located in a different country from your shipping address.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return.

  • Include a note with your name, email address, and order number inside the return package to help us process it quickly.

Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders containing 30 or more units, as these are considered wholesale orders.


3. Getting Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll get an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, reach out to us and we’ll investigate the issue.


4. Delivery Delays

All delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and do not include order processing times. While we aim to meet all delivery windows, we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than the estimated timeframe.


5. Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@buzebuy.store.

  • If your order hasn’t yet been packaged, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already been picked and packaged, we're unable to cancel or refund it. You may still be eligible for a return once you receive it.


6. Damaged Products

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@buzebuy.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos showing the product defect and packaging

Failure to report within the 24-hour window may affect our ability to process a return or replacement.


7. Wholesale Orders – Final Sale Policy

Orders containing 30 or more units are considered wholesale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • All wholesale sales are final.

  • If you're considering a bulk purchase, we offer free sample units on request. Reach out to us to arrange this before placing a wholesale order.

  • In the case of damaged or defective wholesale products, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue in accordance with our warranty or defect policy.
